In February 2021, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd. (MMV), which is the Mitsubishi Motors' production, sales and export hub in Vietnam, donated approximately 1.4 million yen as its gratitude and TET (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) gifts to the factory workers working in Binh Duong Province through the Binh Duong Labor Confederation. They were asked to refrain from going back to their hometowns for TET holiday in response to a request from the Vietnamese government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. MMV made the donation in responding to the call of Binh Duong Labor Confederation to support the provincial employees staying in Binh Duong Province during TET holiday.
