On July 23, 2022, which falls upon the National Children's Day in Indonesia, PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), Mitsubishi Motors' sales subsidiary in Indonesia, donated online learning tools, basic necessities and health kits to five orphanages in Jakarta and Tangerang areas as well as organized fun time with clowns and magicians etc.
MMKSI has been carrying out this "Mitsubishi Motors Children Program(MCP)", a social contribution program for the welfare of children especially orphans since 2010 on an ongoing basis. Before the pandemic, in addition to the donation to orphans, MMKSI employees acted as one-day foster parent and played and learned with the orphans in person. Since 2020, due to the pandemic, MMKSI made adjustment to focus on a distance learning facility donation program to continue to support their learning process.
MMKSI intends to continue to support orphans so that they will have wonderful lives.
