After updating iOS to 14 or later, please turn Off the Private Address settings.
Also, when Local Network Popup appears, please tap [OK]. If you tap [Don't allow], please turn on the Local Network permission in the OS Privacy settings.

To use this app on Android OS, the wireless LAN and Location need to be set to ON. Kindly change the Android OS settings as follows.
Also, it may take several minutes until the SSID of the vehicle is displayed in the SSID list depending on your device. Please display the SSID list again after checking that the SSID of the vehicle has been displayed on "Settings" > "Wi-Fi".
When you tap the Error Code, Error Code list will be displayed on the browser. Please check the factors and the solutions on that list.
The drive battery level is displayed by the area where the vehicle is filled.
The state of charge is displayed by the color of the vehicle.

This app controls the wireless LAN communication and requires the location information permission for that reason.
However, please rest assured that your location information itself will not be used and collected in the app.
When the vehicle SSID is not connected to the Internet, Android OS will automatically lower the connection priority of the vehicle SSID, and use the mobile communication. In that case, you need to disable the mobile communication. Please refer to STEP4 of the given link.
This behavior of Android OS is majorly observed on devices with Android 9 or later versions, however, in a few exceptional cases similar behavior might be observed on devices with Android 8 or previous versions.

There is no communication fee because your vehicle and your wireless device communicate directly (with wireless LAN) not via an internet connection and telephone line. However, you are responsible for the communication fee for downloading the app.
There is no need to connect to the Internet.
The following situations do not allow your wireless LAN device to communicate with your vehicle. Please check your usage environment.
Your wireless LAN device cannot connect to your home wireless LAN network.
The vehicle and wireless LAN device communicate directly.
The operable distance changes depending on the wireless LAN device in use and the surrounding environment.
The communication distance is from several meters to tens of meters when used in an open space environment.
You need to re-install the app.
Please delete the app from your wireless LAN device and re-install the app from App Store or Google Play, and register the device.
When the security function of the vehicle is in System Armed Mode or Alarm Activation, vehicle settings cannot be changed to keep the security.
To change the vehicle settings, cancel the System Armed Mode or Alarm Activation.
For more information on the Security Alarm, please refer to the Security Alarm section of the Owner's manual.
All vehicle settings are initialized to the factory settings.
Also, the security alarm is set to "active" mode.
The settings of the security alarm can be changed by the special operations of windscreen wiper and washer switch, MMCS (Mitsubishi Multi Communication System) or Smartphone Link Display Audio. Please check the Owner's manual for details.
You cannot activate the Charging Timer and the Remote Climate Control unless you install the MITSUBISHI Remote Control unit into the vehicle. (Optional).
The Charging Timer and the Remote Climate Control cannot be activated when MMCS (Mitsubishi Multi Communication System) or Smartphone Link Display Audio alone is installed.
You can select from among three operation time, 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. (After the operation time, it stops automatically. Even if you set climate control operation time for more then 30 minutes by combining schedules, the vehicle automatically will stop the climate control in 30 minutes.)
You can set the timer up to 5 times in a day.
In the following cases, the time information of the vehicle will be incorrect and the remote climate control may not be activated at the set time. In that case, please check that the time of wireless LAN device is correct. Once your device is connected to the vehicle, the time information of the vehicle gets updated.
If the charging timer is set up for even one day, the vehicle will not charge on the other days, even with the normal charge connector inserted. To charge the vehicle right away, use the following methods to cancel the charging timer.
After connecting the normal charging connector and closing all the doors and tailgate, press the fob key switch twice within 2 seconds to cancel the charging timer temporarily.
When the charging timer is canceled, the hazard lamps will blink 4 times.
Temporarily cancelled schedule of Timer Charging can be resumed automatically when the power switch is turned ON.
In the following cases, the time information of the vehicle will be incorrect and the charging timer may not be activated at the set time. In that case, please check that the time of wireless LAN device is correct. Once your device is connected to the vehicle, the time information of the vehicle gets updated.
Please turn the power switch to OFF when charging.
When the power switch is not OFF, charging may stop.
In case of any of the following situations, the Remote Climate Control cannot be activated.
Longer operation of the climate control will further reduce the drive battery level.
If the drive battery is low, the actual climate control operation time may be shorter than originally set.
When the ELECTRIC HEATER is not equipped, only Cooling can be selected as the Climeate Control Mode.
Mitsubishi Remote Control requires use of the auxiliary battery.
To make up for power consumption due to Wi-Fi communication, automatic charging of the auxiliary battery from the drive battery is done as required for up to 20 minutes at 2:00 PM once a day.
Wireless LAN communication may be temporarily stopped to prevent the auxiliary battery from being dead when you have not used the vehicle for a long time(*).
To restart the wireless LAN communication, start up the Plug-in Hybrid EV System and keep in Ready mode (Ready indicator is on) for 10 minutes or more.
Also, when the outside temperature is -15 degrees or under after the vehicle has been outside for 36 hours.
