In September, 2022, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (MMTh), a production and sales company in Thailand and the Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Foundation (MMTF) * donated scholarship to 100 junior high school students with financial difficulties through partnership with the Equitable Education Fund (EEF).
The students also had a chance to ride along in the Outlander PHEV and chat with Mitsubishi Motors Thailand's service assistants and technicians about the EV/PHEV technology during a test drive.
EEF was established under the Equitable Education Act in Thailand with the objective of reducing educational inequality among children and youth for economic reasons.
MMTh and MMTF are pleased that the scholarship enables the students to receive better education and help them realize their dreams. They intend to continue to provide support in partnership with EEF.
*NPO established by MMTh in Thailand in January 2021 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of starting operation there.
