You can create power tailgate open/close reservation.

• Open reservation
When you reserve Open and approach the power tailgate, it opens automatically.

• Close reservation
When you reserve Close and go away from the power tailgate, it closes automatically.

• You can select reservation validity period from 5 minutes/10 minutes/20 minutes. Reservation is canceled automatically when the validity period expires.

• Open reservation and Close reservation cannot be set at the same time.

• After reservation, if you approach or go away from the power tailgate without the keyless operation key, the tailgate will not open or close.

• If the check mark (Open complete) is displayed when the power tailgate is not fully open, opening angle setting has been changed. If you want to change the opening angle setting, change it from [Settings] → [tailgate] → [Opening angle].

• Reservation is possible even when the vehicle and the Bluetooth device are not connected via Bluetooth.

When set to ON, the door can be locked automatically as soon as the power tailgate closes.

It shows the current door lock status.

• The lock status displayed in the app and the actual lock status of the vehicle may be different due to the following reasons.

• When locked/unlocked from the vehicle using driver side door

• When the vehicle and the Bluetooth device are not connected

You can open/close the power tailgate while the [OPEN] button/[CLOSE] button is pressed and held.
If the tailgate is completely opened/closed, a check mark will be displayed.
Press and hold the icon until a check mark is displayed.

• If all doors are locked, please operate with the keyless operation key near the tailgate.

• To close in a state where automatic lock is ON after closing, please operate with the keyless operation key near the vehicle.

• When all the doors are unlocked or are not locked after closing, if the Bluetooth device and the vehicle are connected by Bluetooth, the open/close operation is possible even if you are away from the vehicle.

• If the check mark (open complete) is displayed when the power tailgate is not fully open, the opening angle setting has been changed. If you want to change the opening angle setting, change it from [Settings] → [tailgate] → [Opening angle].

• Before operating the power tailgate and during its operation, make sure that there is no person or obstacle in the vicinity.

When set to ON, the door can be locked automatically as soon as the power tailgate closes.

• The lock status displayed in the app and the actual lock status of the vehicle may be different due to the following reasons.

• When locked/unlocked from the vehicle using driver side door

• When the vehicle and the Bluetooth device are not connected

If you forget to lock or to turn off the lamp and leave the vehicle, a notification will be sent to the Bluetooth device.
You can also check the following vehicle statuses.

• MITSUBISHI Remote Control is a supplementary app. While leaving the vehicle, directly confirm that all doors/power windows are completely closed, doors are locked and lamps are off.

• The power tailgate main switch status is displayed only when the vehicle is equipped with a power tailgate.

• The power window status is displayed only when the vehicle is equipped with "All-seat power window (with one-touch type all seat auto-up function with all seat safety mechanism (only driver seat switch))".

• Perform the following operations, if the power window display status is different even when the Bluetooth device and the vehicle are connected.

• Repeatedly pull up driver side switch until the door glass is completely closed.

• Next, release the switch once and pull up and hold switch again for about 1 second.

You can perform Hazard lamp OFF operation.

• Operations that can be performed from a Bluetooth device will be within a range where Bluetooth connection is possible.

• Remote operation can be performed up to 10 times while the engine switch is OFF. The number of possible operations is reset when the engine switch is turned ON.

All Door/Gate lock operation is possible.

• Operations that can be performed from a Bluetooth device will be within a range where Bluetooth connection is possible.

• If the keyless operation key is inside the vehicle or the door is open, you cannot lock all the doors/gates.

• Remote operation can be performed up to 10 times while the engine switch is OFF. The number of possible operations is reset when the engine switch is turned ON.

You can check average fuel consumption and cruising range.
You can switch between auto reset and manual reset from the Meter.

• Switching between auto reset and manual reset is possible only from the Meter.
Auto reset: The average fuel consumption is reset 4 hours after the engine is turned off.
Manual reset: User can reset the average fuel consumption at any time.

• The unit of fuel consumption can be changed from the Meter.

You can check the green driving score.
Score is given based on how you step on the accelerator and the brake. There is a 6-step display, and more the marks, the more economical you are driving.

• The green driving score is displayed for every 5 minutes, when the engine switch power mode is ON.

• Green driving score from the previous engine switch ON to OFF is displayed, when the engine switch power mode is OFF

• Green driving score is displayed only if the vehicle is equipped with the Green driving score function.

You can check the fuel consumption history of every 5 minutes.
Up to 11 latest items can be displayed in history.

You can check the history of average fuel consumption from engine ON to OFF.
Up to 11 latest items can be displayed in history.

You can check history of green driving score.
Up to 11 latest items can be displayed in history.

• Green driving score history is updated after the engine is turned OFF.

• The updated green driving score displays the green driving score from engine switch power mode ON to OFF.

• Green driving score history is displayed only if the vehicle is equipped with the Green driving score function.

You can turn ON the headlamp. The headlamp will be turned off automatically after 30 seconds.

Operations that can be performed from a Bluetooth device will be within a range where Bluetooth connection is possible.

Remote operation can be performed up to 10 times while the engine switch is OFF. The number of possible operations is reset when the engine switch is turned ON.

If you forget to lock or to turn off the lamp and leave the vehicle, a notification will be sent to the Bluetooth device.

In case of "Don't know why vehicle buzzer is ringing", "No response to vehicle", etc.
the status of the "Trouble" is notified through Bluetooth device notifications.

Following are the major notification types that can be displayed:

• Notifications can be set individually.

• Up to 50 latest notifications can be displayed in history.

• If you turn off the engine switch power mode and leave the vehicle, the vehicle status will be notified after a few tens of seconds.

One item of each notification history can be deleted by tapping the following icon.

The following settings can be changed.

• Opening angle
By sliding the tailgate part up and down, the opening angle of the power tailgate can be set from 5 steps.

• Reservation validity period
You can set the validity period of open/close reservation from 5 minutes/10 minutes/20 minutes.

• Tutorial display
You can switch Show/Hide tutorial displayed at the time of open/close reservation.

• The opening angle set on the Bluetooth device is effective also when the power tailgate is opened by the vehicle switch.

• If the check mark (open complete) is displayed when the power tailgate is not fully open, the opening angle setting has been changed. If you want to change the opening angle setting, change it from [Settings] → [tailgate] → [Opening angle].

You can set whether to send notification for each notification item.

You can set notification sound and vibration patterns.

You can select the language to be displayed in the app.

You can check the app version, the software version of the vehicle, etc.

If you do not want third party to operate this app, you can set a 4-digit app start up passcode.

Using Motion settings, you can operate functions set in advance, by shaking the arm while the app is running in the foreground.

• Wearable function is compatible only with Apple Watch. Further, Apple watch works in combination with iPhone.

• You cannot set motion operation for two or more functions simultaneously.

• Please note that motion does not respond when app is running in the background.

• Before operating the power tailgate using motion, and during its operation, make sure that there is no person or obstacle in the vicinity.

• Please set the motion setting to "Not available" while washing the car. Because motion may be detected causing the power tailgate to open.
