Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is promoting the sustainability activities as a company-wide effort with an aim to realize the sustainable society and enhance corporate value.
As part of such activity, we have established the Sustainability Committee chaired by Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO, to report and discuss major sustainability issues and built the scheme where important issues will be discussed by and reported to the Board of Directors.

1. Based on the outcome of the activities for FY2020 for MITSUBISHI MOTORS' Materiality, we have discussed and determined the targets and KPI of our activities for FY2021.
2. Discussed climate-related information disclosure.
3. Reported how Mitsubishi Motors respond to the request and expectation of the society based on ESG ratings by a third party.
In addition reported MMC was selected as a constituent of the "MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)", which is comprised of companies with exceptional gender diversity, for four consecutive years.
